Terms of Service
GoKymani.ai — operated by FlutterBuy LLC

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using GoKymani.ai (“GoKymani,” “the platform,” “our services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our services.
GoKymani is operated by FlutterBuy LLC. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to FlutterBuy LLC.
2. Description of Services
GoKymani is a travel planning and itinerary curation platform. Our services include:
- AI-powered travel research, destination recommendations, and itinerary design
- Flight, hotel, and tour option curation
- Budget planning and trip organization tools
- Booking coordination facilitation through our licensed host agency partner
Important: GoKymani provides professional travel planning and curation services. We are not a travel agency and do not collect or hold travel funds on your behalf. Actual travel bookings are facilitated through Outside Agents (a division of Cruises & Tours Unlimited), a licensed host travel agency. Travel payments are made directly to suppliers.
3. Planning Service Fees
GoKymani Planning Service — $49 (single destination) / $69 (multi-destination)
GoKymani Pro — $29/month
These fees are for professional planning, research, and coordination services only. They are not deposits, booking fees, or payments for travel services. Travel costs are separate and paid directly to suppliers through the booking coordination process.
4. Payment Processing
Planning service fees are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. GoKymani does not store your full payment card information.
All fees are charged in USD. Stripe receipts will appear as “GoKymani Planning Service” on your statement.

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at hello@gokymani.ai within 7 days of the charge.
6. Travel Bookings and Host Agency
Travel bookings coordinated through GoKymani are facilitated by our licensed host agency partner, Outside Agents (a division of Cruises & Tours Unlimited). By proceeding with a booking:
- You authorize our travel team to coordinate your booking with suppliers on your behalf through Outside Agents
- You understand that actual travel prices are estimates until confirmed by the booking team
- You agree to pay travel costs directly to suppliers as arranged by the booking team
- You acknowledge that GoKymani does not collect or hold travel funds
Travel bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of individual suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators).

7. AI Planning Assistant
Kymani, our AI travel planning assistant, is powered by advanced language model technology. Please be aware:
- Kymani's responses are AI-generated and may occasionally contain inaccuracies
- Flight prices, hotel rates, and tour availability shown during planning are estimates and are confirmed by our booking team
- You should verify all critical travel information including visa requirements, entry requirements, and travel advisories through official sources
- Kymani is a planning and curation tool — final booking confirmation and pricing come from our travel team
8. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when creating your account and planning trips
- Ensure traveler details (names, dates of birth, passport information) are accurate — errors may result in booking complications or fees from suppliers
- Use GoKymani for lawful purposes only
- Not attempt to circumvent, reverse engineer, or misuse our platform
9. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of GoKymani — including but not limited to the Kymani AI persona, platform design, and itinerary formatting — are owned by FlutterBuy LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlutterBuy LLC shall not be liable for:
- Travel disruptions, cancellations, or changes by suppliers
- Losses arising from inaccuracies in AI-generated travel recommendations
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
- Issues arising from supplier terms, entry requirements, or travel advisories
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of GoKymani shall not exceed the planning service fee you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimers
GoKymani is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- That AI-generated itineraries will meet all your specific requirements
- Specific pricing or availability of flights, hotels, or tours until confirmed by our booking team
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlutterBuy LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of GoKymani or violation of these Terms.
13. Privacy
Your use of GoKymani is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at gokymani.ai/privacy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described therein.
14. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of GoKymani after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@gokymani.ai.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
