GoKymani.ai Cancellation Policy
Please read these terms carefully — they explain how refunds work if you need to cancel a booking.
60 or more days before departure
Full refund of trip cost minus a $75 administration fee.
30–59 days before departure
50% refund of trip cost. The remaining 50% covers non-recoverable supplier costs.
14–29 days before departure
25% refund of trip cost.
Less than 14 days before departure
No refund. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against last-minute cancellations.
Flight cancellations
Refunds on flights are subject to the individual airline's fare rules. Refundable fares will be refunded in full minus any airline processing fees. Non-refundable fares cannot be refunded.
Supplier cancellations
If a supplier cancels your booking GoKymani.ai will provide a full refund or arrange an alternative at no additional cost.
How to request a refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@gokymani.ai with your booking reference number. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
